25 year old female, looking for work! (El Cajon)

I am 25 years old, (26 in April) looking for work.
I have tons of experience in the cannabis industry, I have worked at Target.
.
I watch my neighbors kids (2 children ages 10 months and 2 years), my best friends kids (4 children, 2 year old, 5 year old, 12 year old, 14 year old) along with 3 dogs! I have been looking for work, and keep getting interviews however cannot manage to get a phone call back.
Any side jobs help, I am located in El Cajon.
I do have open availability.
