Need job (San Diego)

I am tired of not having money.
I need a job asap I'm not feeling good when I'm starving all day from not having money for food.
I have had some life events which led me to having nothing and no job temporally but I want to get back on my feet and it is very difficult when it's hard finding employment.
I'm willing to start work even as soon as tonight.
Please let me know so I can get cash or money in my pocket so I can get food and hopefully get a place to stay and have stability.
I want a better life than my past choices.
I have 4 children and need to support them to the best of my ability.
My father is not doing well and I need to get enough money so I can buy a car to see him.
I need work.
I have class A license and have drove for long time with alot of experience.
I'm 33 years old and love truck driving.
But I am willing to do any type of work that comes my way.
