I am a very experienced plumber; with 40 years' experience, I have my own service van, hand tools, power tools, PEX tool, 2 Jackhammers, skill saws, rotor hammers, Sawzall's, sewer and drain cleaning equipment, and leak detection equipment.
I am 47 years old; I'm looking for only part time calls, but I can handle work that overlaps into full time.
I am very knowledgeable in all the plumbing fields, there is actually plumbers that call me for advice all the time, and I'm usually the one that solves the problems that other plumbers can't figure out.
I am also a sewer and drain cleaning specialist; there is no drain I cannot open unless there is a broken line which I can sell to replace it or repair it.
I am honest and dependable, even though I had my own business I would NEVER still customers from the company! "You just don't bite the hand that feeds you!" I am very experienced in public relations, "customers love me!" And I am a very good salesman! I can work out of your company van "which I have an excellent driving record" or I can work out of my van and be a sub-plumber but prefer a company van, either way I would like to be on commission instead of hourly.

: In just a few hours I can make the company a few grand and it would not be worth it to me to get paid for only two hours.
Although I am experienced in new construction, I would prefer service and repair plumbing but of course in remodels my knowledge of new construction would come in handy.
I also would not mind helping out the company possibly supervising the other plumbers, I'm a very good teacher!
