If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time, a full refund will be provided as you have paid for the services upfront.
You can reschedule your appointment for cancellations made on the same day or receive a 50% refund of the scheduled service price.
If you cannot inform me and miss your appointment, the total cost of the scheduled service will not be refunded.
