The lease includes: -24/7 unlimited full time access and independence; -Unfurnished private suite with sink (hot/cold water); -Utilities (electricity, water, wifi); -Own key to studio; -Security cameras; -Free parking (easy access to I-805 and I-163 freeways); -Permitted by the Health Department and established with the Board of Barbering & Cosmetology for rooms ## 3 & 6 -Free two weeks for the first month.
The requirements for renters: - have all required licenses/permits and insurance for services; - have their own established clientele; -make rent payments on time.
