I have worked with professional, college, high school athletes and regular people.
I have a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology with emphasis in athletic training and a master's degree in exercise science and Health Promotion with emphasis in performance Enhancement and injury prevention.
I am also a certified strength and conditioning specialist which I have been certified since 2003, a Performance Enhancement Specialist which I have had since 2005 and a USA Weightlifting coach cert since 2017.
