Hello and Happy New Year, Thanks for checking out my post.
I am a male hairstylist/barber not so new to the area anymore but I took some off to stabilize here in the San Diego area and I am looking to build my clientele.
If you have tried contacting me before, I was out of town but I am back now.
I love doing hair, I have been doing it since I was 4.
Hair has always been and currently is my passion.
I'm 36 now and love it just as much as I loved it when I was just starting out.
I prefer to host but depending on the situation and price, I can travel.
I offer the following services: ★ Braiding ★ Sew Ins (full, partial, lace fronts, ponytails etc.
) ★ Locking and re-twisting as well as styling ★ Thermal Pressing (silk pressing, curling, crimping) ★ Up Do's / Prom / Wedding hairstyles / Holiday hairstyles ★ Children's Hairstyles (braids, beads, barrettes, pony tails, curls and crimps and everything in between) ★ Haircuts (for males and females) Some of my prices are as follows: $60 Wash, press, straighten/curl $45 Children's hairstyle (13 and under) with free hair bow of their choice *Note : My prices are not set in stone and I can be flexible I also really enjoy working with natural hair and protective styles.
My favorite things to do are loc re-twists and creative styles, twist outs, wraps (if you are old school, you know what I am talking about), and roller sets.
I am also really good with children as well.
Also, I put the health and satisfaction of my clients above all else.
Way too many hairstylists are more concerned with the end result as opposed to the structural integrity of the hair.
If any of this sounds good to you or you have any questions feel free to text me at (619) 831-3923 or reply to this ad and I will respond within 24 hours.
If there is any particular style I do not have listed, please inquire.
If I can not do it I will gladly point you in the direction of someone who can, as I have made a few connections with other stylist here who have different talents than I do.
I am a firm believer that styling hair is not just about the "finished product" its about building relationships and maintaining the integrity of the natural hair while also making it look good.
A common issue I see is over processing, to much use of heat when its not necessary and braids that look great but are way too tight.
I let my clients know they can have great hairstyles that can last, without damaging their own hair.
A "protective style" is meant to be just that if you take out your braids or lace front and your entire hairline came out with it.
.
.
then it definitely was not a protective style.
Also, while I do love hair, I am not specialized in everything.
If I do a style and you are not satisfied, I will definitely compensate the price or give you another style at no cost.
I am also selling some of my hair supplies and appliances as well as beauty mannequins and supplies for students who are in beauty school.
I also offer a 10 dollar steam treatment to add moisture back into the hair as well as a take down service ( taking out braids, weaves, locs, updos or any other hairstyle you don't feel like taking out yourself) Also feel free to inquire about my Valentine's day special on certain styles.
If you have any questions at all feel free to contact me at anytime.
Calling, texting and email are all fine.
Thanks again.
Lee
