You actively participate.
Protocol:
Review your health history.
Test your mobility and flexibility.
Assess affected tissues and level of discomfort.
Provide a wide range of therapies with careful analysis.
Tissue response may be immediate or possibly delayed.
Results are generally measurable and evaluated through objective testing.
Some techniques/modalities:
myofascial release, neuromuscular re-education, active release and engagement techniques, the Koffman trigger point work known as pain neutralization technique, hydrothermal therapies, infrared therapies, scar mobility methods, lymph drainage / post surgery work, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitated stretching and other muscle energy techniques.
Various tools include cupping, infrared, heat and cold sources, high and low frequency/oscillation percussion tools, ultrasound type equipment and of course lots of hands-on massage.
We provide studio or remote in-home services.
We specialize in the senior citizen community.
Fees are $60 in home studio for 60 minutes.
$90 for remote work at your location for 90 minutes.
