I'm a feminine energy & inner cultivation life coach.
I've spent almost 30 years of my life living in constant survival mode, always giving more than I have, and operating predominantly in my masculine/mothering or wounded feminine energy - this way of living benefited me in many ways, helped me achieved many successes, and won me years of approvals and praises.
But I was simultaneously struggling with severe depression, anxiety, and panic attacks for more than 20 years.
My romantic relationships were filled with abuse, abandonment, and submitting to coercions.
And I constantly felt disconnected and lonely, despite having a large number of friends.
I worked hard to earn my worth.

and even then, the work was never done.
When I finally began my journey in inner cultivation and embracing my feminine energy, my life changed completely.
I feel so much more happy and fulfilled.
I am in love with my life.
I feel so safe, cherished, and loved in my beautiful marriage.
And loving dear friends whom I feel deeply connected to starts appearing in my life.
