Empty office room in Chiropractic Space (Point Loma)

We have an open room for rent on a weekly or monthly basis inside a bustling Chiropractic office for $250 a week.
This is negotiable.
The room measures 13' x 8'.
The flooring is new and there is a NEST for temperature control outside the sliding pocket door.
The room comes with dimmable lights, a private entrance and a vertical lift table if needed, curtains and shutter blinds.
Our goal would be an Acupuncturist, Stretch Therapist or someone in the medical field but we are open to suggestions.
Our office sees roughly 200 people a week and the open room is at the end of a hallway that also houses our massage therapist.
There is a door in the hall where we can provide a bit of storage if needed, also a water cooler and separate entrance will be provided for your clients.
The hours of the room are your choice! Use it as much during the week or weekend if you like.
If you need a room only part time, we are also open to what that would look like.
