Hello! My name is Gil and I am a NASM certified personal trainer with 8 years of fitness coaching experience and education.
During the past 8 year, I’ve gained and implemented fundamental principles and tools through my kinesiology degree, physical therapy clinical experience, and most importantly -coaching, motivating and educating my clients.
I believe that embracing the process and ensuring a challenging yet empowering workout experience is essential to achieving any health and fitness goal.
My top focus is safety.
I guide my clients to practice exercises with proper form during our sessions, as well as, on their own.
I work with my clients closely, while considering and monitoring their strengths, weaknesses, and limitations.
I offer both 1-on-1 sessions, as well as couples’ sessions.
My areas of focuses are: Weight loss, toning, muscle gain, strength, injury rehabilitation, and various performance goals for all ages.
Training sessions are typically once per week.
I have some available slots during weekday evenings and Sunday mornings.
I currently train my clients in the privacy of my fitness studio.
Along with each professional coaching session, my clients enjoy complimentary cold water bottles, scented towels, and music of their choice.

I charge a flat rate for training, and I do not provide “promotions”, deals, broken promises or incentives to attract more clients.
I treat my clients with honesty and respect by providing a service using my expertise, education and drive.
