Hi, I'm Preston, a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee, Do you need some help? I believe anyone can benefit from engaging in therapy.
I provide a warm, nonjudgmental approach to help individuals discover their innate strengths, values, and resiliency.
My clinical approach is eclectic, incorporating Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Whether someone has previous therapy experience or is seeking help for the first time, together we will develop a plan to support you in getting back to your life.
