Free Life & Wellness Coach Sessions - Details Below (San Diego)

Are you needing help especially around the holidays but not sure if Life & Wellness Coaching would make a difference? I believe that I can help you! I am so sure that you will only need to pay me if you feel as though you benefitted from the coaching sessions (limit 3).
I am a professionally certified ICF Life & Wellness Coach and am passionate about helping people transform their lives.
I am also a former division one athlete, had a successful corporate career and am a mom to two boys.
I work with clients on many things such as workplace issues, managing anxiety, mindset strategies, parenting issues, mindful eating/drinking, achieving goals, and how to get unstuck in a tough situation.
Remote sessions are 30-45 minutes.
