TGA has been in the youth athletics business for over 20 years and has been recognized as the premier youth golf program in the U.
S.
*THE POSITION:* We are seeking coaches for our Youth Golf & Youth Pickleball Programs.
Coaches can choose their preferred sport(s) and can work between 2-12 hours per week and can earn up to $38/hr.
Our coaches: * Use individual attention to ensure every child has success * Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun, safe, & stress-free * Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success * Have a blast! * Golf and Pickleball coaching experience _is not_ required.
Our coaches have a growth mindset and know that coaching is a continuous journey.
All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending training sessions, completing online learning modules, and following the TGA Coaching Manual.
*THE SCHEDULE:* The majority of classes are held during after-school hours, but could include some weekends.
The ideal candidate must have availability at least one day per week: * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 2:30-4:30pm * Wednesday: 12:00-2pm and/or 2:00-4:00pm * Some Weekends Possible: 9:00am-12:00pm *THE BENEFITS:* * Coach referral program up to $200 for every coach you recommend * End-of-season bonuses * Sponsored sports and first aid certifications * Coach of the season and coach of the year awards * Sports store discounts * Free programming for family and discounts for friends * Pathway to full-time employment and even franchise ownership *THE LOCATION:* Classes are held on-site at schools in North County San Diego.
Coaches may be expected to travel up to 30 min to get to a class location.
