ABOUT US We are LEVEL4 PT & Pilates, located in beautiful Encinitas, CA just minutes away from Moonlight Beach and right off the I-5 freeway.
We opened up our doors in December of 2017 and have quickly grown our practice to a team of 5.
We are in current need of filling this position for our fast growing company within our Pilates department.
We provide a multiple of services within our wellness center such as Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, Pilates, & Therapeutic Massage.

ROLE & JOB DESCRIPTION: AM and afternoon needs (especially Tues- Friday) but must be available to teach a minimum of 20+ hours a week (privates and groups of 3-4 people in a class) plus at least 3-4 hrs/week of admin duties to assist a growing department.
This position will require you to be a leader to the other instructors on the team by hosting meetings, reporting metrics to the owner weekly, assisting in meeting sales goals for the company, and helping manage the schedule for the department.
Training in all the backend operations of the business is part of the first 90 days of employment.
Experience in a rehab setting is preferred but not required.
We have an established diverse clientele who is drawn to us because of our therapeutic environment versus the run of the mill/fitness studio.
Our Pilates clients may include a functionally qualified beginner, seasoned and active individuals or transitioning from physical therapy to our wellness services.
We have additional specialty classes (Pelvic floor rehab, back pain, and more) using Pilates reformers, chair, barrel, spring boards, and a cadillac (Balanced Body Equip).

RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for managing Pilates clientele, retaining clients to continue with Pilates services and memberships, be a team player by knowing when to refer appropriate clients to massage, PT, and other services within our setting, and be a leader among the other team members who will report to you directly.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES NEEDED: * A graduate of a comprehensive Pilates certification/training program with teaching experience at least 2 years.
This is a therapeutic Pilates environment and offers very personalized instruction, not a fitness studio type of Pilates.
* Willing to learn from a Pilates-based Physical Therapist and to help the clients in a cohesive setting thrive.
* Held an admin or leadership position at another studio, understands sales goals and metrics and has been held accountable for reaching goals before in another role * *Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to clients when they arrive in the studio and has an outgoing personality making clients feel like they are part of a community and family.
