JV Volleyball Coach/assistant coach

We are looking for someone to coach our JV Boys Volleyball team as well as be an asistant for Varsity for the 2024 season going from February until the end of April approximately.
We are a D5 team and most of these students will not have experience playing volleyball.
Responsibilities: - Plan and conduct volleyball practices and training sessions - Develop and implement effective coaching strategies and techniques - Provide individualized instruction to improve players' skills and performance - Create game plans and strategies for competitive matches - Evaluate players' progress and provide feedback for improvement - Foster a positive and supportive team environment - Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games - Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities Experience: - Previous experience coaching volleyball with teenagers 1+ years - Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies such as high school rotations (4-1, 5-2 etc) - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential - - Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels Other notes - Organize carpools and be aware there will be a lot of driving throughout SD county - Students will come from different backgrounds and many of them will require unique approaches to communicate with them.

Job Type: Temporary Pay: From $2,500.
