Preschool Teacher in a Play Based School (Pacific Beach)

Seaside Preschool is a childcare facility located in Pacific Beach.

Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the center's philosophies whilst following childcare regulations and National Quality Standards * Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning * Develop strategies to guide positive children's behavior * Build good, open communication with children, families and staff * Observe and record children's growth and development * Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe You will need: * At least 12 approved early childhood education credits * Experience working in a childcare setting * Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills * Sound written and verbal communication skills * A good level of computer literacy * Current CPR and First Aid certificate Seaside Preschool prides itself on offering excellent working conditions to its employees including professional development, flexible working arrangements and opportunities to be rewarded for outstanding performance.
