Personal Training Counselor

Responsibilities: - To take every single LA Fitness member from where they are now in terms of fitness and functional mobility to where they want to be in the safest, fastest and most enjoyable way possible - Present and sell personal training packages to current members - Meet new members at sign up to learn about their goals and limitations - Take members through movement screens to help identify weaknesses - Teach members about what their body composition results mean - Market our personal training department within the gym Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Sales experience - Experience in 1 on 1 personal training - Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their full potential - Certification in personal training or a related degree is REQUIRED Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.
