This position is based in San Diego, with the expectation of flexibility to conduct sessions in person at our campus and virtually.

* Design and deliver comprehensive IT training sessions to students, covering a wide range of topics and technologies relevant to the curriculum.
* Utilize various teaching methods, interactive tools, and hands-on exercises to enhance the learning experience and practical skills of students.

* *Technical Demonstrations*
* Demonstrate expertise in various IT technologies and applications, providing clear explanations and practical demonstrations to students.

* *Classroom Management*
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering active participation and engagement among students.
* Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and effectively.

* *Stay Current with Industry Trends*
* Stay updated on the latest developments in the IT industry, certifications, and best practices, integrating this knowledge into the curriculum and training sessions.
*Qualifications*:
* Demonstrated experience in delivering educational content on CompTIA, Cisco, and similar technical certifications.
* A Bachelor’s degree in a technology field, with a preference for IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
* Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in business settings.
* A solid track record as an IT instructor, trainer, or similar position, characterized by outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
* Extensive knowledge across a broad spectrum of IT subjects, including but not limited to operating systems, networking, databases, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and Microsoft certifications.
* Skilled in leveraging instructional technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia tools to elevate the educational experience.
* Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a knack for adjusting teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and proficiency levels among students.
* A strong passion for education, with a commitment to aiding students in achieving their IT career goals.
* The capacity to foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere, underscored by patience, empathy, and support for students.
* Superior organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient course delivery and management.
