The job of Assistant Site Coordinator is one of the most important at our company because its working directly with our most important clients, who are our students and Program Leaders.
You will be on the front line of our work, supporting students, the Site Coordinator, and our Program Leaders.
Youll work with school administrative staff, developing lesson plans, tracking attendance and grant requirements.

Welcome staff, kids, and parents to the program at the end of the school day.
Ensure programs are being well-led and that safety is paramount.
Coach staff and guide their growth.
Check in with school staff to keep programming in sync.
Communicate with parents, keeping them updated on programs and their childs well-being.
To qualify for this position, you will need:
5+ years experience in after-school programming operations and administrative skills.
To be a good communicator, able to talk to kids, parents, and teachers comfortably, a problem solver, a team player, and a good listener.
Ability to supervise and support staff without constant direction
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
Professional attitude, commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and professional discretion.
Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and resolve conflicts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and common operating systems
Your official or unofficial college transcripts that confirm you have completed 48+ college credit units (if youre applying for a high school position, its 60 units) OR you take and pass an academic proficiency exam.
You must get a TB test (and provide proof that it is negative), pass a Live Scan background check, and have a current vaccination for Covid 19.
You will be required to take CPR and first aid training or provide proof that you have been certified within 12 months.
English-Spanish bilingual speaker highly preferred.
The Assistant Site Coordinator position is part-time, non-exempt, and benefits-eligible.
This position reports to the Site Coordinator.
