Full Time Position
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dropping specimens off to the designated facilities and labs
Follows the proper steps when dropping specimens
Picks up items from designated facilities, drop-sites, offices, or persons for immediate, next day, or future delivery.
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround time, streamline work process, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
Suggest changes to supervisor or appropriate staff members to improve customer service and communicates any changes in schedules as well.
Respond to requests for information, care or service in a timely and polite manner.
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to drive safely.
Detail Oriented
Knowledge of iPhone, emails/outlook
Strong communication both written and verbal
Previous courier or driving experience desired
Principles and practices of safe motor vehicle operation and maintenance.
Traffic laws, ordinances, and rules involved in motor vehicle operation.
Knowledge of geography of the community.
Ability to work under pressure and meet expected deadlines.
Must be courteous and respectful to others.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to work in a fast paced high volume environment.
