I am looking for experienced cleaners.

Requirements:
Must absolutely love to clean and be experienced.
Must have attention to detail.
Must have excellent work ethic.
Must be on time.
Must have a time management skills.
Spanish speaking cleaners encouraged to apply (when we’re talking you’ll need a translator bc I do not speak Spanish)
Hourly wage: $20 an hour paid by Venmo, Cash App or Zelle daily
$2-5/hr bonus (depending on skill & efficiency) - paid last day of the month for being on time (this includes no no-shows or last minute canceling) being prepared, quality work and happy airbnb owners/guests.
You must have:
A car
A smart phone
Your own cleaning supplies - including a quality vacuum, cleaners, rags, broom, quality mop, duster w/ extension, etc
I’m really just looking for dependable cleaners that do a great job every time.
No cutting corners.
I need good communication because you’re my eyes and ears on the job.
I am fair, I pay at the end of each day, but I also really need Cleaners that care about the job, the owner and the guests.
Most jobs are between the hours of 10 am to 4 pm
Cities we serve: All San Diego County (you can choose your area you’re willing to drive to).
I can offer a job everyday - 7 days a week or maybe you’re only available 1 day a week….
