Event setup baby shower (Soledad rd)

Hi i’m looking to hire some ladies who are willing to help set up my baby shower and tear down/put decor away at the end of the event on March 9th at the Soledad club in pacific beach/la Jolla area.
I need help setting up table cloths, cups, decor.
Im thinking 3 ladies would be great.
Setup hours are 10am-2:00pm (4hours) Tear down hours are: 8:00pm-10:00pm (1 Hour) 1/2 cash in the morning and other half at end of night
