Looking for a reliable, responsible, and long term childcare setup
This position is ideal for someone whose primary goal is to have a steady pay and a safe and comfortable place to work.
The job involves: Taking care of my 4 year old son.
The job is part-time, but could lead to full time.
Monday - Friday (4pm afterschool pickup - 9pm bedtime) SOMETIMES Saturdays / Sundays (The days are negotiable but it will be 5 out of 7 days a week) As for responsibilities, he’s the cool kid on the block and that would require the usual toddler care.
(Bathing, changing, dressing, feeding, putting to sleep, playing, etc.
) Aside from that, I am looking for someone who definitely loves children.
My son is growing and changing everyday, and Im looking for someone who will really engage with him.
I truly adore him and it shows.
I sing and dance with him, read stories and actively work with him to achieve all his milestones.
I am interested in someone that has the energy and desire to take care of a thriving little boy.
This requires ideas and a willingness to do all kinds of creative activities throughout the week.
I will NOT accept someone that wants to just leave a child in front of a tv all day.

•Background check
•Finger prints
•TB test
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
•CPR / AED certified (NOT required but is a PLUS)
•Must speak English —>(SPANISH is a PLUS)
•Happy to travel with my son and I if required (domestically and internationally)
•Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
•Experience working with children this age
What I can offer:
Baby sitter:
I am willing to pay you an hourly rate of $16.

Vacation: Nanny will be given 8 non paid vacation days per year
Holidays: Nanny will be given the following 8 non paid holidays annually:
New Year’s Day (January 1st)
Memorial Day (in May)
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day (in September)
Thanksgiving Day (in November)
Day After Thanksgiving Day (in November)
Christmas Eve (December 24th)
Christmas Day (December 25th)
OVERTIME AND TRAVEL:
I am looking for a nanny who is willing to take on occasional additional childcare hours on evenings/weekends for additional compensation.
I love to travel (domestically and internationally).
I am looking for someone who is open and willing to join me on weekend trips and possibly one or two longer (1-2 week trips).
I am looking for a nanny who is adventurous and does not mind going on adventure trips as well.
While traveling with the family, I will pay for the nanny’s travel expenses (air fare, meals, admission tickets, accommodations, etc.
)
You will be respected with dignity as a caregiver by me and my entire family and I will try to incorporate you into our routine as much possible: daycare, shopping, extra-curricular events, theme parks, vacations, etc.
You will have plenty of off-time during the day and evening to do other things if desired.
This is a very unique situation and can work for the right person if we connect.
