Host an International Student (San Diego)

Have an extra room in your home? Want to meet people from all over the world? Become an EF Host and welcome students from across the globe into your home.
EF has new students arriving each week from over 50 different countries.
Hosting these students could be a great opportunity to learn about a new culture and make lifelong connections and memories.
EF offers: - Prompt bi-weekly payments (up to $290/week per room) - Flexible dates with students arriving throughout the year - 24-hour support from our local EF office 7 days/week - Regular new hosting opportunities and nationality mix - Invitations to special events/activities and local discounts We ask that our hosts: - Provide a welcoming and comfortable home - Are within 75 minutes of our Point Loma campus via public transportation - Are open minded to different cultures - Provide breakfast and dinner Students are ages 16-50, but you can place your preferences on age, gender, and nationality and we can do our best to match you with the right student!
