Occasional Household Helper (North Park)

Retired, partially-disabled man needing occasional (as needed) help with various household tasks in my small North Park apartment including light cleaning, laundry, opening jars, moving cases of water (35 lbs) and soft drinks from car to home.
Casual, relaxed work environment; all necessary supplies provided.
Duties vary somewhat from visit to visit.
Frequency of need ranges from 2 to 4 times per month.
Flexible workdays, commitment is 2 hours in the afternoon.
Advance notice given, and flexibility in scheduling in order to find a day & time that works for both parties.
Must be reliable and have your own transportation.
No smokers and no cologne / perfume! Strong preference for someone living nearby.
No calls or texts.
