We're looking for one person who can do several things.
You don't have to be great at all of the listed things.
Please just tell us which things you have the most experience in, which would be new to you and which things will not work for you.
The more you say, the better.
If you have photos or videos of your work or can provide references please include these.
This job would be ideal for someone who already has another gig such as Uber/Lyft, Instacart, Door Dash, etc.
There will be slow days where you will want to keep busy doing something else.
There will also be days that we have a lot that needs done.
If you have a friend/partner who can help you on the busiest days, please tell us about them.
Pay works out to $16-22/hr depending on skill level and reliability.
The non-routine cleaning may work out to $30/hr if you're experienced and efficient.
This is where it really helps to have a driving or virtual gig that allows you to work when you want.
If you can put laundry in the dryer and go do something else for an hour, that's an efficient way to earn more money.
Do you love having a very clean space and making other spaces clean?
Do you have computer skills?
Can you do some social media management (usually promoting pets for adoption or fundraising) and manage emails?
Are you good at managing online returns (including packaging and dropping off items) or selling items on Ebay?
Do you know how to handle those with dementia, paranoia, and vision and hearing deficits (even when they are rude/mean)?
Are you good at sanitizing, general cleaning and organizing?
Is your schedule flexible to where you could answer messages on evenings and weekends as well as during the weekdays?
Do you have any interest in natural health?
Do you love dogs and cats?
Are you a non-smoker?
Can you refrain from using your cel phone for 2-3 hours at a time except for reading and replying to urgent work-related messages?
Are you handy? (please give examples)
Can you clean up pet messes without being grossed out?
How "strong" is your stomach when it comes to odors and gross stuff (pee/poo/barf)?
Do you have a good sense of smell so that you can track down the sources of odors and address them?
Can you keep a wiley cat from darting through a door you're trying to exit with a basket of laundry?
Will you be offended by words like "retarded" and "she"/"he"?
