JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking two dependable, trustworthy, impeccable, detailed-oriented and punctual cleaners to assist with preparing a residential house in Paradise Hills that is used as an Airbnb vacation rental for guests checking in for their stay.
Individual(s) must be detailed-oriented, able to lift up to 10 pounds, and clean well.
Interviews are being conducted immediately.

JOB LOCATION:
Paradise Hills, San Diego
REQUIREMENTS:
●Duties include cleaning, laundry on site, completing a damage/conditions report and checking and reporting low inventory.
●Income will be reported to the IRS at the end of the year - you will need to provide us with a copy of your social security card and state ID with home address
●Must register with property management company
●Work is part-time; Cleanings are typically 1 to 2 times a month; Work hours are between 9am and 5pm; shifts are typically 5 hours;
●be open to constructive feedback on quality of work and demonstrate a willingness to improve
●Clean thoroughly - you will be asked to re-clean any missed area at no additional billable time.
●Must be available to work Sunday through Friday between 9am - 5pm (cleaning job are 4 to 5 hours long)
●this work is part time and requires a flexible schedule
●Be punctual
●background check and clean criminal history required!
COMPENSATION:
●$125/per cleaner (4-5 hour shift) for a check-out cleaning
SHIFT:
●3bedroom, 2.
5 bathroom house for 5 hours of cleaning time 11am - 4pm OR 9am to 2pm - depending on when guest checks out
FREQUENCY OF CLEANINGS:
●Cleanings are done at least 1 per month, but could vary to be as often as 3 times a month.
The average number of cleanings in a month is 2.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate for this job will have experience as a residential cleaner.
Experience cleaning Airbnb rentals is a plus.
This is an "as-needed" gig, but will be consistent throughout the year.
The Ideal candidate will appreciate having side income, enjoy the flexibility of choosing which assignments to take, should have a realiable means of transportation, is detailed-oriented in their cleaning ability and is open to receiving feedback on ways to improve from both the guests and property manager.
Other opportunites to be earn money are available.
They include running errands, responding to guest needs (as-needed), supervising and checking the work of venndors, contractors and handyman.
