Cleaner wanted for AirBnb in OB (Ocean Beach (OB))

Hi, Looking for someone to clean a 150sqft bedroom with attached bathroom between guest visits (only 1 or 2 guests per night).
It took my previous cleaner about 60-90min to complete.
You would also be responsible for washing sheets, duvet cover, and towels at your own location at your convenience (I have several multiples of everything).
There are usually about 3 cleanings per week.
Check out is 10am, so you would need to arrive sometime between 10 and 11am.
Pay is $40 flat fee per cleaning including laundry.
Previous vacation rental experience or hotel cleaning experience is preferred.
Will ask for references.
Available to start immediately.
Physically, this is a very easy job and no heavy lifting is required and no stairs, but attention to detail and great communication is a must.
Having a flexible schedule is also important since the days needed will change every week depending on the bookings.
If you'd like to only be considered as a back-up cleaner if there's an occasion when the main cleaner can't come, please let me know that as well.
My last cleaner was with me for 3 years until she moved to Hemet, so it's a great gig for the right person.
