piano lessons needed (Pacific Beach)

Caring and good piano teacher needed for adult male pupil who had lessons as a child and now wishes to resume and has Yamaha stand-up piano and old Schaum books in the home.
Wanted: semi-monthly lessons in home at mutually-convenient hours.
Female preferred.
