We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced cleaner to manage and maintain our Airbnb properties located in the vibrant Pacific Beach area.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and spotless environment for guests and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance: Your primary responsibility will be the thorough cleaning of our one and two-bedroom Airbnb apartments.
This includes, but is not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and ensuring all areas are guest-ready.
Linen Management: We maintain a stock of extra linens on-site.
You will be responsible for changing bed linens and towels, laundering used linens, and ensuring a sufficient supply of clean linens is always available.
Light Property Management: In addition to cleaning, we value candidates with some experience in property management.
This may include tasks like coordinating with maintenance workers, overseeing minor repairs, and ensuring the properties are secure.
Availability: Flexibility is key, as cleaning schedules will be based on guest check-out times.
You should be available on short notice and have the ability to manage your schedule efficiently.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in cleaning, particularly with Airbnb or similar rental properties.
Experience in light property management is a plus.
Transportation: You must have your own reliable vehicle to travel between properties and carry cleaning supplies.
Attention to Detail: We pride ourselves on providing top-notch experiences for our guests.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization are essential.
Reliability and Independence: As this role requires working independently, we need someone reliable who can manage their time effectively and meet the high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness.
This is a contract position and we pay cash.
