Guy needs help (Hillcrest)

I am looking for a young man to help me clean my place in Hillcrest, get the yard in order, and assist with miscellaneous tasks for 1 day a week.
Preferably Saturday or a Sunday for 5 hours.
*Some playful modeling interest would be desirable, but is not required.
Must be gay friendly though.
