Looking for a housecleaner with car in Point Loma (Point Loma)

com is looking for reliable, detail oriented and hardworking housecleaning to join our team.
This is only available for workers who are available to work 1099, no W2.
Also must have a car as you will be picking up a cleaner in point loma to join you on the jobs that are bigger than 2 bed 2 bath.
This part is critical as our most reliable cleaner no longer drives and we need someone located in point loma who can help out and form a team with her.
The Pay: The pay starts at a 50/50 split per basic clean and a 55/45 split per deep clean in your favor for any deep cleans larger than 2 bed 2 baths.
We also offer a $10 bonus for getting to the job on time no later than 5 minutes and a $5 bonus reward for completing the checklist on our website.

com You will be joining another cleaner from our team as a two person team if the job is bigger than a 2 bed 2 bath.
The 50/50 split will be shared between the two of you, same goes for the deep cleans bigger than 2 bed 2 baths, you will both split the 55% split.
Each Professional will receive a $10 punctuality bonus and a $5 checklist bonus.
*SUPER IMPORTANT* In the event that the cleaning needs to be corrected, you will be expected to go back and clean the customers house.
We have been dealing with this type of behavior in the past so please do not expect to be paid extra to go back and clean a home that should have been cleaned the first time.
If we need to come back and correct the cleaning the cost of the correction clean will be split between Maid2Clean and the cleaner(s) who originally came.
Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize homes to our high standards.

com so please read those before applying.
You must bring your own cleaning supplies for the first 2 - 3 jobs.
After that we will provide cleaning supplies for you going forward.
*You must be responsive and reply to texts within 30 minutes, or call back within 10-15 minutes if you missed our call.
We are all busy and it's important to reply, especially if we are getting calls for availability.
If you are someone who actively has things pop up and will need to cancel on us last minute for a random excuse please do not apply.
Even if it is a good excuse, if you start working with us and you are already calling off, do not expect a call back from us.
We require reliability and is non negotiable.
Accurately Report via text us when you arrive and leave job sites.
Report to us immediately if any problem/incident,irregularities,hazards or deviations from the job description we provided you should occur.
Failure to do so may result in corrective action.
