Cleaner needed for furnished rentals - Starting NEXT WEEK (san diego)

Hello, Furnished rental company (23 properties in PB, Linda Vista, Mission Valley, Downtown) looking for a reliable cleaner to clean properties monthly throughout the year.
This job is slightly different than vacation rentals/Airbnbs because it's longer-term occupied rentals (3-5months), but if you have experience cleaning Airbnbs, you will be a good fit for this job.
You must be okay cleaning OCCUPIED rentals.
REQUIREMENTS: *Functional phone with great camera/video and enough storage *Reliable vehicle *Good texting/typing skills *You must have your own supplies IMPORTANT: Ability to complete some maintenance work: **replacing lightbulbs **tightening furniture with a screwdriver **cleaning out a garbage disposal **removing hair from sink/bathtub drain **tightening metallic bed frame **setting lockboxes **lifting mattresses and box springs **and more as needed Please email some information about you, your team, and any experience you have in cleaning.
