Driver needed for 45mi daily commute (San Diego)

Driver needed for daily commute from downtown San Diego to Vista (45 miles).
I need a driver to take me from home near Park and Market Station to the Vista Courthouse and pick me up to drop me off back at home in the evenings, Monday to Friday.
The distance is 45 miles, and usually has little traffic.
I need to arrive by 8 AM, and pick up times in the evenings vary between 5 PM and 7 PM.
 Open to an hourly rate or a flat rate per trip.
