This is an excellent situation for a college or grad student and/or someone that works from home and
likes a nice friendly but quiet space.
Beside your own space, you will be cleaning two bedrooms and bathrooms two adults.

You will NOT be required to be caretaker to these two quiet but shy people but just there to keep an eye on them when you are there and take care of miscellaneous tasks like cleaning, posting the mail, perhaps cooking a bit, etc.
We are a friendly but fairly quiet household.
Compensation includes free room with private entry, full bath shared with only one other person (female) and full use of the main living areas.
Room will come fully furnished including a sofa/daybed (twin bed), tables, small dresser, TV with free WiFi, microwave, coffee maker, desk, chair, etc.
It is not a large room - only about 9 x 13 but is just off of the kitchen and living room which you will have full use of.
The two adults stay mainly in their rooms as is their preference.
Tasks include things like
Cleaning floors once a week,
Keep kitchen clean and dishes washed
Clean 2 bedrooms and two small bathrooms once per week
Do 2- 3 loads of laundry per week, fold and hang
Empty all garbages
Occasionally transport one adult to various appointments
Make two family sized dinners/casseroles per week
Put away groceries and cook
Don't have to be a great cook - just something simple and nutritious - I can give you recipes
Power Clean carpet walkways once per month or as needed
This should take approx 6-8 hours per week, depending on your speed.
The last housekeeper
we had completed everything on the list but the cooking/transportation in 4 hours per week.
So if we figure
2 hours per week driving and 2 per week cooking, that is all we are really looking for.
We require work references and a background check and also landlord references
You MUST be a nonsmoker (no smoking of any kind permitted on the property)
NO PETS allowed.
We have one tiny dog and one cat - both friendly but mostly live in one bedroom so
you do not have to be around them if you don't want to be.
