Cleaning and organizing office (Old Town)

We need restrooms and kitchen cleaned in .
our studios (maybe once a week) but this needs to be done when we are not occupied.
We do student television and also have music events.
So open work windows would be either when we are closed on Wednesday or Sunday, or after 5 pm any time after.
looking for someone reliable and thorough.
Thinking 3-4 hours each time Again this is only going to be once a week.
If you have office organizing skills we could consider additional help in that direction, but this job is primarily for cleaning
