com is looking for reliable, detail oriented and hardworking individuals to join our team as part-time house cleaners.
This is only available for workers who are available to work 1099, no W2.
The Pay: The pay starts at a 55/45 split in your favor for all jobs.
We also offer a $10 bonus for getting to the job on time no later than 5 minutes and a $5 bonus reward for completing the checklist on our website.

com You will be joining another cleaner from our team as a two person team if the job is bigger than a 2 bed 2 bath.
The 55/45 split will be shared between the two of you, you will both split the 55% split.
Each Professional will split the $10 punctuality bonus and a $5 checklist bonus.
If one cleaner arrives on time and the other doesnt then the $10 bonus will go to the cleaner who arrived on time.
*SUPER IMPORTANT* In the event that the cleaning needs to be corrected, you will be expected to go back and clean the customers house.
We have been dealing with this type of behavior in the past so please do not expect to be paid extra to go back and clean a home that should have been cleaned the first time.
If we need to come back and correct the cleaning the cost of the correction clean will be split between Maid2Clean and the cleaner(s) who originally came.
SUPER IMPORTANT - Please read: If you are super skittish and call off often and always have excuses, we will cut your work after the second time of showing unreliable behavior and just not tell you that we have cut your work.
We may just silently let you go depending on how badly you left us hanging.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize homes to our high standards.
Our standards are listed on the services tab on maid2cleansd.
com so please read those before applying.
You must bring your own cleaning supplies.
We can also provide supplies but it will not be a regular thing.
We can provide specialized tools for certain cleans.
*You must be responsive and reply to texts within 30 minutes, or call back within 10-15 minutes if you missed our call.
We are all busy and it's important to reply, especially if we are getting calls for availability.
If you are someone who actively has things pop up and will need to cancel on us last minute for a random excuse please do not apply.
Even if it is a good excuse, if you start working with us and you are already calling off, do not expect a call back from us.
We require reliability and is non negotiable.
Accurately Report via text us when you arrive and leave job sites.
Report to us immediately if any problem/incident,irregularities,hazards or deviations from the job description we provided you should occur.
Failure to do so may result in corrective action.
Requirements:
*Must work well with our team, and demonstrate good cleaning skills during the first few jobs.
*Must have your own car to travel to job sites and smartphone to map and find job site addresses to clients location.
Polite and respectful with clients.
*Must be able to work 2 jobs a week to start, with potential to increase.
*Attention to detail, thoroughness, punctuality,communication,professionalism and appropriate cleaning attire is a MUST!
*Excellent driving record.
Clean background history.
A cleaning background.
We speak spanish and can accommodate spanish speakers.
