com is looking for reliable, detail-oriented and hardworking individuals to join our team as part-time house cleaners.
This is only available for workers who are available to work 1099, no W2.
The pay starts at a 50/50 split and a 55/45 split in your favor for any deep cleans larger than 2 beds 2 baths.
We also offer a $10 bonus for getting to the job on time no later than 5 minutes and a $5 bonus reward for completing the checklist on our website.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize homes to our high standards.
Our standards are listed on the services tab on maid2cleansd.
com so please read those before applying.
You must bring your own cleaning supplies for the first 2 - 3 jobs.
After that, we will provide cleaning supplies for you going forward.
*You must be responsive and reply to texts within 30 minutes, or call back within 10-15 minutes if you missed our call.
We are all busy and it's important to reply, especially if we are getting calls for availability.
*If you are someone who actively has things pop up and will need to cancel on us last minute for a random excuse please do not apply.
Even if it is a good excuse, if you start working with us and you are already calling off, do not expect a call back from us.
We require reliability and is nonnegotiable.
Accurately Report via text us when you arrive and leave job sites.
Report to us immediately if any problem/incident, irregularities, hazards or deviations from the job description we provided you should occur.
Failure to do so may result in corrective action.
Requirements:
*Must work well with our team, and demonstrate good cleaning skills during the first few jobs.
You will be joining another cleaner from our team as a two-person team if the job is bigger than a 2 bed 2 bath.
The 50/50 split will be shared between the two of you, same goes for the deep cleans bigger than 2 bed 2 baths, you will both split the 55% split.
However you will both receive a $10 bonus for getting there on time and a $5 bonus each if the checklist is completed.
*SUPER IMPORTANT* In the event that the cleaning needs to be corrected, you will be expected to go back and clean the customer's house.
We have been dealing with this type of behavior in the past so please do not expect to be paid extra to go back and clean a home that should have been cleaned the first time.
If we need to come back and correct the cleaning the cost of the correction cleaning will be split between Maid2Clean and the cleaner(s) who originally came.
*Must have your own car to travel to job sites and smartphone to map and find job site addresses to clients' location.
Polite and respectful with clients.
*Must be able to work 2 jobs a week to start, with potential to increase.
*Attention to detail, thoroughness, punctuality, communication, professionalism, and appropriate cleaning attire is a MUST!
*Excellent driving record.
Clean background history.
1 - 2 references or letters of recommendation.
Command of the English language.
