AIRBNB CLEANING AND REAL ESTATE OFFICE, PERSONAL ASSISTANT (Carlsbad)

IMMEDIATE HELP THURSDAY March 7 and 8 and 9 possibly, other future dates weekly while I travel.
HI, I own 11 airbnb listings and need help at my main residence where I rent 4 airbnb rooms.
I work all the time and need help with some things that are basic cleaning and organizing as I can't do it myself with the number of hours but have some clean up to do.
Real Estate or Hotel hospitality experience or airbnb a definite person to hire for me, but also need good organization skills.
Hours vary each week so need some flexibility of days which we can agree on weekly that work for you and myself.
usually 4 to 8 and sometimes, 16 hours if you do accounting at all, you can help me with my books.
Work on linens and towels to store neatly and to do some office filing.
Also empty the clothes or goods in my car and hang on hangers and organize picnic goods to keep as well as clean the vehicle inside.
I need my mail taken in weekly or bi weekly; and photos sent to me so can advise what you can file or what I may need help to respond to.
I need basic help as I have to be online or with patients and clients, as I am a Naturopath and Psychologist working to retire and sell a few properties and travel.
