Seeking a housekeeper to clean a vacation rental after each guest, and weekly upkeep.
Cleaning after guests will be scheduled in advance.
4 bedroom, 2 bath house, 2,000 sq ft.
Duties
Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping
Clean and sanitize surfaces, including counter tops, sinks, toilets, and showers
Change bed linens and make beds
Launder and fold towels and linens
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products, keep stock of products and communicate when they need to be restocked
Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining different surfaces and materials
Report any damages or concerns from the furniture, carpets, upholstery, floors, blinds, windows, curtains to owner
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong skills in laundry, folding linens, and time management.
Previous experience in hotel cleaning preferred, housekeeping ok
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for different surfaces
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, and floor care machines
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Fluent in English.
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Ability to work independently
Good physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel, squat, crouch, bend and crawl.
Ability to lift, push & pull required load (approx 30 lbs).
Customer service skills to interact with residents or guests in a friendly and professional manner
Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment
