After School Instructor

*Now hiring for January*! Do you love working with kids? Are you looking for a part-time job that fits your schedule? WE NEED YOU to inspire kids through afterschool enrichment programs! _Note: You do not need to send in multiple applications if you would like to apply for more locations and/or programs.
This application will make you eligible for ALL of our program openings, so let _us _know during the interview if you would like to teach multiple _locations and/or _programs!_ *About Us* Level UP Enrichment has spent the last six years bringing the joy of after-school enrichment to students all over California.
Our programs help students learn about the world and themselves through guided discussions, projects, and hands-on activities.
*A Day on the Job* Our programs take place between 2:00 - 5:00 on weekdays (12:00 - 3:00 on Thursdays) making it an ideal job for morning workers, night workers, and students.
You will travel to assigned schools close to you and teach our programs for *an hour and a half*.
The curriculum is pre-written and materials are provided for you, so the only thing you'll need to bring is enthusiasm! :-) Possible curriculum you will teach includes: * Art * Escape Room Experience * Creative Engineering (STEM) * LEGO Filmmaking * Magic * And more! *Qualifications* * A ROCKSTAR attitude, especially around students K-6 * A passion for working with children.
* Reliable transportation and cellphone * Availability between hours listed above * Ability to pass a background check upon hiring * Negative TB Test clearance *Bonus Skills* * Experience assisting/teaching in a classroom * Interest in Child Development and Psychology * Knowledge of filmmaking, art techniques, science principles, craft creation, etc.
