Professional family in Encinitas desires Full-time Nanny/Family Assistant for their 2 year old and Newborn
Wonderful Family in Encinitas is looking for a proactive Nanny/Family Assistant to help with their 2 year old and Newborn coming in October!
Position Overview:
Child Development courses taken and at least 5+ Years Experience.
Preference is given to applicants with extensive newborn/toddler care experience.
Household Assistant Tasks involve helping with house management.
Mother's helper is proficient in managing home with groceries, tidying up, sweeping, loading dishwasher, vacuuming, mopping, doing laundry for family and children.
Must be able to wear many hats.
Newborn/Toddler Nanny Duties:
Schedule varies with some mornings and afternoons - Mon, Tues, Thursday, Friday 8:00 am to 6pm - 30 Hours/week.
Pay: $28-$35/hour DOE
Some date nights or weekends!
Sensory Brain Development and play interaction for babies.
Singing and reading, engaging with children.
Take baby on walks and to parks.
Baby sign language a plus!
Light Meal Cooking daily for kids and housekeeping - Mostly Help with laundry and dishes, tidying, light bedrooms/bath cleaning, and sweeping.
Speaking other languages is a plus!
CPR Certified
Covid Vaccination a must.
Family is vaccinated.
Many Newborn/Toddler care specialists function as parent educators, teaching parenting proper and accepted baby care techniques.
Newborn care specialists typically are responsible for all the tasks related to the baby’s care, including bottle preparation (if needed), light meals, baby laundry and nursery organization.
