Welcome to *Level UP Enrichment*! We're a collaboration of premium enrichment providers on a mission: to help students discover their passions and grow into exceptional young adults.
*YOUR ROLE*
Our flexible programs vary between *2:00 pm - 4:30 pm* and run for a *1.
5-hour class*, a perfect fit for morning workers, night shifters, or students.
You will travel to an assigned school and enlighten minds through our enrichment programs, including:
* Art Studio - teach about famous artists and have your students try their style themselves!
* Escape Room - solve puzzles and riddles as a group to get the prize!
* Lego Stop Motion - create a stop motion movie using Legos!

* *Flexible Locations* around San Diego

* *$100 bonus* upon completion of Level 1 Training

*CAREER PROGRESSION*
* *Level 1 Instructor*, $22/hr: Supportive Role to Level 2 Instructors
* *Level 2 Instructor*, $24/hr: Class Lead
* *Level 3 Instructor*, $26/hr: Training Lead

Did you know that after-school enrichment courses can significantly improve academic achievement, behavioral outcomes, social and emotional learning, physical health, and resilience and well-being?
As after-school enrichment instructors, you help students discover and develop interests outside of the regular academic curriculum.
You build confidence, enhance motivation, and foster lifelong skills.
A research paper by Dennehy and Noam (2005) found that positive adult role models in after-school programs can contribute significantly to students' academic and social development! Part of an after-school program's quality is linked to the instructor’s teaching skill, experience, and training, which positively correlates with improved academic outcomes and social development (Vandell et al.
, 2007).
As an instructor with Level UP Enrichment, you will be trained on how to deliver higher-quality programs and be equipped to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
