Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote child development
- Create a daily schedule that includes playtime, learning activities, and rest time
- Ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each child
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices
Experience:
- Previous experience in nannying, babysitting, or childcare is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and age-appropriate activities
- Familiarity with toddler care, early childhood education, or preschool programs
- Ability to provide caregiving support to children with special needs is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain order and engage children in learning activities
- Basic understanding of special education principles for inclusive childcare settings
- Experience in infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
