*Job Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Actively *engage* SED teens in daily activities.
* Assist teens with daily living skills, self-esteem building, and emotional regulation skills.
* Work with a skilled team to provide crisis intervention skills and de-escalate teens.
* Participate in ongoing training to build your knowledge base on how trauma impacts behaviors, de-escalation techniques, meditation strategies, and behavior-specific interventions.
*Qualifications/Requirements:*
* BA/BS strongly preferred.
AA with 12 credits in child care and experience will be considered.
* Experience with teens is a BIG plus.
