Blue Lotus Nature School is licensed daycare program on a 2+ acre mini-ranch in Fallbrook.
We are seeking a passionate, engaged, dedicated and dependable Preschool Teacher.

Blue Lotus students learn through daily exploration and discovery in a supportive and enriching natural environment.
They learn through natural play with each other and our animals, practical work in our barnyard and creative projects in nature and in our studio.
Wish List for our Teacher:
· Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with 3 years of teaching experience, ages 2 - 5 preferred.

We will review resumes at all experience levels with 12+ ECE credits.
· True Forest School experience or demonstrable experience in outdoor recreation activities required.
· Strong ability to foster and maintain relationships with children, families and co-workers.
· Creative thinker, collaborator and multi-tasking ninja preferable.
Social media experience desirable, as nature art and craft lessons are posted online.
· Ability to supervise 14 children, with an assistant, using positive direction and problem solving.
· Artistic flair, confidence to carry a tune and love of all animals a must.
Horse experience a definite plus!
· A can-do attitude, head that fits all hats and passion for this very unique endeavor most definitely required.
This position has potential for upward mobility, as we are growing and will likely open up a Lead Teacher position next year.
Hours:
Preschool meets Tues-Fri 8:30am - 1:00pm.
Teacher hours are 8:00am - 2:00pm (24 hrs per week).
Afternoon hours (flex schedule) available for elementary homeschool classes now in development, if desired.
Requirements:
Fingerprint and background clearance, CPR and 1st aid certificate.
