Assistant Teacher in Toddler classroom

The San Diego Cooperative Preschool is seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team.
This position is for our toddler classroom working with children aged 18 months and up to 3 years old.
*This position starts in our upcoming 2024/25 school year on August 21, 2024 with the option of working as a substitute prior to this start date.
* As a cooperative preschool, families volunteer in their child's classroom each month.
This unique experience allows us to learn from one another and to build community.
We are a play-based preschool that practices emergent curriculum that meets the needs and interests of each child.
We believe that children learn through play in a safe and nurturing environment.
As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
You will play a crucial role in their early childhood development, helping them develop social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
