Are you a good fit? Here's what we are looking for:
* 12 units of Child Development _*minimum including Courses in Infant Growth and Development; *_*Associates degree or higher strongly desired*
* hours of availability between 6AM and 6PM.
This is a full time M-F 8 hour/day position
* Strong desire and ability to teach children with patience, compassion and empathy
* Enthusiastic and passionate about early education
* Creative individuals

We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:
* MINIMUM 12 units in Child Development/Early Education (Associates degree or higher strongly desired)
* Must have college courses in infant growth and development
* Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work.
(8 hours daily Monday-Friday)
* Experience working as a lead teacher of 2-5 year old's in a licensed childcare facility (at least 1 year of lead teaching desired)
* Experience teaching young children with a dynamic and fun approach.
* Motivation to help children and families thrive
Requirements:
(some of these you have a small time frame to complete upon hiring \* next to those that must be completed at time of hiring/before beginning work)
* CPR and First Aid certifications
* \*Mandated reporter training
* Pesticide Training Certificate
* \*Fingerprinting/background check clearance
* \*MINIMUM 12 units in Child Development (Associates degree or higher strongly desired)
* California Child Development Permit ( obtain within 6 months of employment)
* \*Proof of required immunizations (Tdap, MMR, TB, and flu shot)
* \*Verifiable experience working as a teacher in a licensed facility
* \*Drivers License with clean driving record
* \*Proficient in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.
