We are located on *Ted Williams Parkway, *near Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain, 4-S Ranch, Scripps Ranch areas.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate creative lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive fun learning environment
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress through Tadpole App
- Conduct assessments to track each child's development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Incorporate early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays
- Integrate physical education and movement activities into daily routines
Qualifications:
- Currently in ECE classes, Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for young learners
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
